Your exclusive membership in the New Brighton Residents Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a New Brighton home. Membership dues provide the necessary resources to maintain New Brighton's exclusive facilities for the enjoyment of all New Brighton residents.

The New Brighton Resident's Association (NBRA) owns, maintains and manages common facilities and features in the community. It is a private, not-for-profit organization that sets a desired course for the New Brighton Club and other shared amenities, ensuring their long-term financial stability, so that Carma's New Brighton residents will continue to enjoy superior and exclusive facilities. It is all part of a commitment to long-lasting quality that you would expect from Carma.

To ensure this valuable amenity is maintained for the long-term enjoyment of the residents, annual residents association fees in New Brighton are $275.00 for Single Family Units and $206.25 for Multi-Family units plus GST (subject to adjustment for inflation).
