Residents can enjoy four seasons of recreational fun at the private New Brighton Club. Located on a 3-acre site, the clubhouse is the center of activities, offering a wonderful recreational space for programmed activities, community meetings and club events.

The 6,500 sq. ft. building contains office and storage space and several multi-purpose rooms for such things as Brownie or Scout meetings, parent and tot classes, programmed activities like yoga and fit ball or booking your own special occasion. Residents can also enjoy patio and deck space that provides wonderful panoramic views of the community and mountains to the west.

In future, the building site can be expanded to contain a 4,400 sq. ft. gymnasium - perfect for floor hockey, basketball and community events – as well as additional meeting rooms and locker rooms. Staffing includes a full-time recreational programmer, who will be on-site to organize all types of recreational activities for all ages.

Outside, the water play area makes a splash with families on those hot summer days with 32 water plume jets. There are also 2 tennis courts, volleyball and basketball courts as well as a children’s play area. In the winter, families can enjoy ice-skating and hockey on a full sized outdoor rink as well as a pleasure skating area.

Located on New Brighton Drive, The New Brighton Club is a central amenity that all residents can enjoy.

To ensure this valuable amenity is maintained for the long-term enjoyment of the residents, annual residents association fees in New Brighton have been set at a maximum of $240.00 plus GST per year (subject to adjustment for inflation).
